Ironically, we liked the non-Dim-Sum dishes best: the yu choy was steaming fresh with bold chunks of garlic the tofu sauce rich, sweet and tangy. We ordered soup dumplings, steamed yu choy with garlic, shrimp and pork shumai, and a bean curd dish in ginger with black mushrooms. That might be a tip off to some adventurous diners seeking "real Chinese," but we prefer this to the more typical Buford Hwy approach: a menu in Chinese with weak English translations ("Pork with rice"). next to us were four about dozen numbered photos of various dishes with Chinese and English titles.
